What Is This Screener?

Institutional investors regularly rotate capital between sectors based on macroeconomic cycles, interest rates, and earnings expectations. A sector rotation screener identifies which NSE sectors are attracting new money (rising relative strength against Nifty) and surfaces the strongest stocks within those sectors.

Screening Criteria

• Sector index outperforming Nifty 50 over 30 days
• Stocks within sector showing technical breakouts
• FII buying data positive for the sector
• Macro tailwinds (policy, cycle, global demand)

This screener is best suited for Positional traders. The optimal entry window is Weekly and monthly charts. The strategy works because it filters out low-probability setups by requiring both price and volume confirmation before generating a signal.

How to Use This on BottomStreet

Open the BottomStreet app and navigate to the Screeners tab. Select the Sector Rotation Stocks India preset from the strategy list. The screener updates in real time during market hours (9:15 AM – 3:30 PM IST). Tap any result to view the full chart, key levels, and related technical data. Set a price alert directly from the screener result to get notified when conditions are met.

Risk Management Tips

• Never enter a trade based on screener results alone — always confirm on the chart before executing.
• Use a stop-loss on every trade. For intraday setups, place it below the opening range low or VWAP.
