Subscription & Billing
To cancel your Premium subscription, go to Google Play or the App Store, navigate to Subscriptions, and cancel BottomStreet Premium. Refund requests can be submitted through your respective store.
Data & Market Issues
If you notice incorrect market data or screener results, please email us with the stock symbol, the incorrect value shown, and the time you observed it. We investigate all data quality reports within 24 hours.
